Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard as well as debit cards with the Visa or, Mastercard emblem.
Please call Dr. Atherton's office for information about discounts for day-of-service cash or check credit card payments.
Insurance
We work with insurance providers. We are also a preferred provider under Premera Blue Cross. Please call the office for more specific information regarding your insurance policy.
For your convenience, we electronically file all claims on your behalf. At your request, we will assist you in estimating your portion of the treatment cost but, we cannot guarantee how your insurance company assigns benefits to each claim. Ultimately, the responsibility for payment of the claim belongs to you. If needed, we will work with you regarding a payment schedule.
